ReleaseWire uses five step recruiting process:

Step 1: Complete an Application

Once you have found an opportunity that is right for you, please complete an application using our careers site. You will be asked to upload your resume and provide us some general information about yourself.

At this point our recruiting team will review your application to determine if you may be a good match for the opportunity you selected. If we find you may be a good fit, we will contact you to discuss the next step, the Initial Phone Interview.

If we find that you are not a good fit for the position you selected, however we believe you may be a good fit for other open positions with ReleaseWire, we will contact you to discuss your interest in the other opportunities.

Step 2: Participate in an Initial Phone Interview

The purpose of this interview is to help us to get to know you a little more. During the initial phone interview, a member of our staff will call you to discuss your application and ask you some questions related to your skills and experience. This will help us to better understand your suitability for the opportunity you selected.

The initial phone interview will last 15 to 30 minutes and will determine whether we should proceed to the next step, an on-site interview.

Step 3: Participate in an On-Site Interview

The on-site interview is your chance to come visit with us and learn more about working with ReleaseWire while helping us to get to know you better. During the on-site interview, we want to learn more about your skills and abilities and how well they match with the opportunity you selected.

Typically, the on-site interview will be conduced by a team leader and may include additional members of our senior management team.

The on-site interview is also a chance for you to get to know us. We understand that just as we are looking for the best candidates to help us continue to grow, you are looking for the best opportunity to develop your career.

Step 4: Review And Approve Your Job Offer

Congratulations! The team at ReleaseWire has concluded that you are a great fit for the opportunity you selected. We look forward to you approving our offer and growing with us.

Step 5: Join Us

Once you have approved the offer from ReleaseWire, we will contact you with additional details about our on-boarding process.
