Episode 3: The Apple IIGS - The most powerful Apple II - First Look

The first 16 Bit system from Apple and the fifth in the Apple II line, the Apple IIGS was released in 1986. It featured a Macintosh like look to its design and had backwards compatibility with older Apple II systems. The Apple IIGS was the first computer to use the Apple Desktop Bus or ADB port for mice, keyboards and other accessories. And unlike today’s Apple products, it had a headphone jack!
