Colleen Gruszynski, formerly of the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board, joins the Political Radar crew to discuss the charges brought against Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt. Colleen explains in great detail the three counts in the criminal complaint, why the charges were plead down from felonies to a misdemeanors, why other charges were not included.
