Wendy Coriell is a self-employed multimedia freelancer, owner of Wisconsin Webcraft, and creator of The Green Bay Sausage, a parody show featuring voiced-over video of the Green Bay City Council. She began exploring her interest in acting, comedy and writing in high school. She was a member of the drama club and participated in competitive acting. She was a published writer by the age of 16, including published works in The Green Bay Press Gazette. She began freelancing in multimedia in 1999, specializing in Flash development. She obtained an Associate Degree in Applied Science in IT – Multimedia in 2002 and began creating sporadic online videos for fun and activism in 2007. Wendy was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2013. In a means to cope with declining and unpredictable health and an uncertain future, she focused on improving her video editing skills and created the Green Bay Sausage in 2016. It was at this point she knew she wanted to explore a more fulfilling career path of making people – including herself – laugh.
